I know of two books:
ISBN 0-13-019116-7: Putnam, Janis: Architecting with RM-ODP; Prentis Hall,

ISBN-0-201-17794-3: Blair, Gordan and Stefani, Jean-bernard: Open
Distributed Processing and Multimedia; 1997
You can get all the parts from the ITU or ISO/IEC and perhaps from ANSI.
In addition to the parts you have mentioned, there have been additional
parts defined. One of
the most interesting is that on the Enterprise Language.
